IT consultancy company Businessmann A/S acquired by Danoffice IT

Danoffice IT, a portfolio company of the pan-European private equity firm Agilitas, has aquired the Danish IT consultancy company Businessmann A/S. Mazanti-Andersen has advised the owners of Businessmann A/S in connection with the sale.

Businessmann A/S is a specialised supplier of IT solutions and services for complex industries with specific requirements for uptime and/or regulation. It was founded in 1992 and employs approximately 35 specialists from its headquarters in Glostrup, Denmark.

Founded in 1995 and based in Svendborg, Denmark, Danoffice IT supplies sustainable IT to a wide range of international clients in the non-for-profit sector such as IGOs and NGOs with critical operations in remote parts of the globe. Danoffice IT also has a focus on value-added IT solutions to global corporate customers primarily with headquarters in Denmark or Switzerland, mid-market domestic customers as well as customers in the public sector. The company has 280 employees and offices in Denmark, Switzerland, USA, and Singapore.

The acquisition of Businessmann will strengthen and develop Danoffice IT’s position as a global powerhouse in IT infrastructure. All employees of Businessmann will move into Danoffice IT’s offices in Ballerup.
