Pluto.markets secures USD 6 million seed round with backing from Danish unicorn founders

Mazanti Transactions has advised Pluto.markets on its USD 6 million seed funding round, led by Seed Capital and joined by a remarkable group of Danish tech entrepreneurs, including founders from Synthesia, Pleo, Flatpay, Podimo, Zendesk, and Sitecore, as well as professional footballer Thomas Delaney.

Founded in 2021 by Joakim Bruchmann and Oscar Vingtoft, Pluto.markets is a Danish YC-backed investment platform that aims to disrupt the brokerage market across the Nordics. The platform offers commission-free trading in fractional stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

This latest funding round brings Pluto.markets’ total capital raised to nearly USD 10 million since inception. The new capital will be used to fuel entry into new markets and to launch innovative products, including a disruptive ETF offering for both individuals and businesses.
