Kvadrant Consulting A/S acquired by Elixirr

The UK-based consulting group Elixirr has acquired Kvadrant Consulting, a Danish management consultancy specialising in commercial transformation, go-to-market excellence, and transaction services. Mazanti Transactions has advised the selling shareholders of Kvadrant Consulting in connection with the sale.

Founded in 2018 and based in Copenhagen, Kvadrant Consulting advises multinational clients on commercial transformation, growth strategy, transaction services, and go-to-market execution across sectors including healthcare, financial services, software, industrials, and manufacturing.

The partnership marks a significant milestone for Kvadrant Consulting, expanding its international reach and technology and AI capabilities in support of its ambition to become the preferred commercial transformation partner across Northern Europe.

Kvadrant will continue to operate under the name Kvadrant Consulting, with its brand and leadership team remaining unchanged.

Mazanti Transactions advised the selling shareholders of Kvadrant Consulting on all aspects of the transaction. Lars Lüthjohan and Gyrithe Falck headed the Mazanti Transactions team.
