Arbitration

An arbitral award cannot be appealed; it is not made public either. It can, therefore, be of great commercial interest for companies to move forward with arbitration instead of litigation. When proceeding with arbitration, it is crucial to appoint the most suitable tribunal and select the right lawyer to prepare and present the case in a thorough and compelling way.

Throughout the years, we have advised a large number of companies across the world regarding various commercial disputes. Arbitration proceedings have been conducted in Denmark and internationally. Several of our lawyers are experienced arbitrators before Danish and international arbitration tribunals. Today, we are one of the leading law firms in Denmark within arbitration.

Since conflicts – and there by arbitration – can arise within all legal areas, our experience and expertise span a wide area:

  • Bankruptcy and insolvency issues in general
  • Certain aspects of Criminal law (“White collar crime”)
  • Commercial issues in general
  • Competition law issues
