Sune Westrup

Sune Westrup primarily works with mergers and acquisitions, corporate and capital markets law. Through the years he has assisted clients in a number of complex transactions. He is advising Danish and international clients within M&A, tech and general corporate law as well as in legal disputes.

Sune has taught at the Danish Bar and law society (the education for young Danish lawyers), Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen for a number of years, in particular M&A/company and tech law.

He has taken a master’s degree (MJUR) at Oxford University, and he has experience working as an attorney in London.  

He is a certified arbitrator and serves as a board member and chairman in a number of companies and foundations.
