Peter Wedel Ranch Krarup

Peter Wedel Ranch Krarup advises Danish and international companies on a broad range of commercial law matters. He has extensive litigation experience, having conducted several hundred court cases on behalf of, among others, a number of major Danish banks. Peter has also represented clients in numerous proceedings before the Danish National Tax Tribunal, arbitral tribunals and the Danish courts, including the Danish Supreme Court. Peter is also a member of the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association.

Peter has since 1992 been involved in a large number of compulsory dissolution proceedings and bankruptcies. Peter is appointed as permanent trustee at the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen and has, furthermore, worked as a re-constructor and participated in several company reconstructions. Peter has, additionally, obtained certification as insolvency attorney at the Association of Danish Insolvency Attorneys. 

Peter is listed in “Legal Experts” as an expert in the areas: “Dispute Resolution”, “Insolvency and corporate recovery” and “Tax”.

Peter is the author of “Aspiri”, Compendium of commercial Law (1997), Compendium of Foreign Trade Law, 1997, Complete Aspiri of Commercial Law. MSc in business administration and auditing” (1999), ” Aspiri collection of mercantile law commissions, and “Aspiri Compendium of Tax Law, 2004.
