Morten Samuelsson

Morten Samuelson provides advice with a special focus on “economic issues” (counselor responsibilities, including with respect to financial advice, economic crime, directors responsibilities, etc.), capital markets, insurance, tort and pensions. He also acts as an arbitrator, here among in international cases.

Additionally, Morten is both a speaker and an author, having written articles for the Journal of Justice, Judicial Business magazine and others on various topics. He is also the author of Real Estate Responsibility (1990), Act on Insurance Mediation, commentary (2009) and (as co-author) Adviser Responsibility (1993) and Board of Responsibility (1997).
