Mazanti-Andersen advises 2150 as it leads $11 million Series A for Nodes & Links

The London-based startup Nodes & Links has raised an $11 million Series A funding round led by the venture capital firm 2150, which invests in technology companies that seek to sustainably reimagine and reshape the urban environment. Zigg Capital, Westerly Winds and existing investors Entrepreneur First, ADV and Seedcamp also participated in the round.

Founded in 2018, Nodes & Links provides a scheduling platform for large-scale infrastructure projects which aims to reduce project complexity through advanced algorithms. It identifies and mitigates risk and delays and makes sure projects is delivered on budget and on time - for example by assuring that building materials and assembly ends up being organized in the right order.

2150’s investment thesis focuses on major unsolved problems across what they call the ‘Urban Stack’, which comprises every element of the built environment, from the way our cities are designed, constructed and powered, to the way people live, work and are cared for.

Mazanti Transactions advised 2150 in connection with the investment with a team led by Frederik B. Hasling.
