Mazanti-Andersen advises FTSE 250 listed Diploma PLC on its acquisition of Simonsen & Weel A/S

Diploma PLC, a UK listed international group of businesses supplying specialised technical products and services, has acquired 100 % of the shares in Simonsen & Weel A/S with effect from 1 January 2021.

Diploma PLC operates globally within three sectors: Life Sciences, Seals and Controls. Simonsen & Weel A/S, a 200 year old Danish company, is a leading provider of critical MedTech equipment for hospital trauma, operating room and intensive care units.

Mazanti Transactions has advised Diploma PLC in connection with the transaction and the team was led by partner Lars Lüthjohan Jensen, who was assisted by partner Jens Folker Bruun.
