Aety acquired by Communardo Group

Communardo Group, a portfolio company of BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital, is strengthening its position as the leading Atlassian partner in Northern Europe by acquiring Aety – a Copenhagen-based Atlassian consulting and implementation partner. Mazanti Transactions advised Aety in connection with the transaction.

Founded in 2016 by former IT consultants from the Danish National Police, Aety is a specialized consulting and implementation partner with expertise in Agile, DevOps, IT service management, and project and portfolio management. The transaction relates exclusively to Aety's Atlassian business, while its monday.com activities will continue as an independent business following a carve-out prior to completion.

By joining forces, Aety will become part of Communardo Nordics, creating a Nordic platform of nearly 100 Atlassian specialists across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Following the transaction, the Communardo Group will comprise more than 480 employees. The combined platform strengthens Communardo's position in the Nordic market and enhances its ability to support customers in delivering digital transformation and modern workplace solutions.
