In addition, she assists in cases related to intellectual property and media law, including the establishment, commercial exploitation, and enforcement of rights. She has particular experience in matters involving digital content rights across platforms, and advises on legal issues concerning AI, social media, sports and entertainment rights, television formats, video games, advertising, and gambling regulation as well as IT and marketing law.
