Lise Høgh advises a broad range of Danish and international companies on corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on corporate governance and the legal aspects of establishing, operating and developing businesses. She is recognised for her broad legal perspective, sound commercial understanding and extensive experience advising companies, boards and foundations.
Lise serves as a board member and adviser to several Danish companies and foundations, including Danish subsidiaries of international companies. She has lectured at Copenhagen Business School and has been appointed by the Danish Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs as a member of the Danish Commerce and Companies Appeal Board. She also serves on the board of Danish Board Lawyers.
