Camilla primarily works with the establishment and structuring of capital and venture funds as well as investments. This includes conducting due diligence processes, preparation and drafting of transaction documents, as well as handling general corporate legal and regulatory matters. In addition, Camilla works with the legal framework of sustainability and ESG in relation to venture funds and investments.
