Jan Al-Erhayem advises Danish and international clients on corporate and commercial law, with particular focus on M&A, company establishment, shipping, succession planning, dealmaking, and board services.
He brings extensive commercial, financial, legal, and international experience from his years as Group General Counsel of A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S, as well as roles at Norfolkline BV, Samskip BV, and in private practice.
Jan also serves as chairman of the board of Moby BidCo A/S, MB Shipbrokers A/S, and MB Shipbrokers K/S.
