Rasmus Paus Torp is head of Mazanti-Andersen’s Dispute Resolution and Insurance team and has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes and arbitration.
He advises and represents Danish and international companies, as well as players within the insurance industry, in major commercial disputes.
He assists clients at all stages of proceedings, from initial case assessment and the development of litigation strategy to the preparation and conduct of litigation and arbitration.
In addition, Rasmus has in-depth expertise in insurance and liability law, including coverage issues and recourse claims, as well as professional liability and management liability.
