Maia Amdi Voigt is responsible for the firm’s overall HR and people agenda. She works closely with the COO and CFO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support Mazanti-Andersen’s overall strategy and business development.
As a strategic HR Business Partner to the firm’s partners and senior management, she contributes to strengthening the organisation’s performance through targeted efforts within talent, leadership, and culture, including attracting, developing, and retaining highly qualified employees.
