Cecilie primarily works with transactions (M&A), corporate law issues, and capital market matters.
She advises both Danish and international clients on transactions, including those within the tech sector, as well as in cases involving general corporate law. Additionally, Cecilie provides advice in relation to disputes and litigation.
Cecilie has also been a lecturer in Civil Procedure at the University of Copenhagen.
