Series A investment in Danish legaltech company Pandektes to accelerate AI-driven legal research

Mazanti Transactions advised German-based fund Alstin III Fonds, the lead investor in the DKK 100 million Series A financing round of Danish legaltech company Pandektes.

Founded in 2022 by Casper Laursen and Søren Brokær, Pandektes offers an AI-driven legal research platform that enables legal professionals to quickly identify relevant legislation and case law. Pandektes aims to further expand its legal database across the EU, strengthening its platform and improving access to legal information across European jurisdictions.

Alstin III Fonds’ investment in Pandektes supports the continued adoption of AI technology in the legal sector and reflects the fund’s focus on scaling innovative, high-growth software companies across Europe.
