EUR 4 million investment in Danish fashion-tech company Rodinia Generation to open full-scale O-factory in Portugal

Mazanti Transactions has advised the company on the investment round, led by Swiss/US venture fund Vitamin°C with continued backing from existing investors Climentum Capital and EIFO.

Founded by Trine Young, Rodinia Generation is a Danish fashion-tech company that has developed a patented, automated technology for apparel manufacturing. Its O-factories® let fashion brands produce closer to demand, in a wide range of designs and quantities. Production cycles take days instead of months, and the process uses no water and cuts CO₂ emissions.

The investment supports Rodinia's next step: a new full-scale commercial O-factory in Portugal, opening in early 2027. The Copenhagen facility, in operation since 2021, will keep producing for the company's growing base of fashion brands.

The Mazanti Transactions team advised Rodinia Generation on all aspects of the investment.

Our core team included Frederik Hasling, Julie Høi-Nielsen, Jakob Mosegaard Larsen, Ben Brodersen Chudner, Nanna Nobel, Daniel Gharabaghi Stückler.
