Repodo raise EUR 8.2 million in pre-seed round, led by Hedosophia and Seed Capital

Danish startup Repodo has raised EUR 8.2 million in a pre-seed funding round, led by Hedosophia and Seed Capital with participation from other prominent investors.

Repodo was founded in Copenhagen by former Lunar founders Ken Villum Klausen, Peter Andreasen and Joachim Strøjer Hansen, together with auditor Anders Houmann. The company is an AI-native authorised audit firm, delivering full statutory audits while reducing the manual work required of both businesses and auditors.

The investment will support Repodo’s launch in Denmark, initially with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises, followed by expansion into other European markets.

Mazanti Transactions has advised UK-based Hedosophia on its investment in Repodo.
