Francks Kylindustri acquires Svedan Industri Køleanlæg, creating a leading industrial cooling and heating specialist in Denmark

Francks Kylindustri, the leading Nordic industrial and commercial cooling specialist, has acquired Svedan Industri Køleanlæg A/S (“Svedan”), a prominent Danish provider of industrial cooling and heating solutions. Mazanti-Andersen has advised Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition.

This acquisition marks a strategic milestone for Francks Kylindustri, enhancing its market position and establishing a robust platform with nationwide coverage in Denmark. The move aligns with Francks' ambition to become the leading cooling installation provider in Denmark and to accelerate both organic and acquisitive growth.

Francks Kylindustri, owned by the Swedish private equity fund Amplio, operates over 50 offices with more than 600 employees across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Svedan is renowned for its innovative cooling and heating solutions, serving a wide range of industries across Denmark. In 2023, the company generated revenues of DKK 66 million.
