EUR 2.9 million pre-seed investment in Danish AI company Plinto, backed by People Ventures and Emblem

Mazanti Transactions has advised People Ventures on its investment in Plinto, a Danish AI company that has raised a €2.9M pre-seed round. Emblem and a group of angel investors are also taking part.

Investors are betting that AI can change how finance teams work. And they are backing Danish founders to do it.

For decades, finance teams have checked a sample of their transactions and hoped the rest were fine. Plinto builds AI agents that check every transaction against the contracts, budgets and policies behind it, as it happens. When something is off, the agents follow up and help put it right, using the systems companies already have.

Early-stage rounds move fast and need clear, practical documentation, and we are glad to have supported People Ventures in backing the next generation of Danish AI tech.
