Mazanti-Andersen advises Retune DSP ApS in connection with the sale to NXP

Retune DSP, a leader in DSP software solutions for voice control and speech communications, has been acquired by NXP, the world leader in IoT and Edge Processing.

Retune is developing and licensing state of the art voice processing solutions for consumer electronics, home-control, industrial and automotive applications. The company is renowned for the quality of their DSP software and algorithms and has built a strong reputation and loyal customer base as a one-stop shop and full-service software supplier.

NXP offers a broad range of solutions for adding voice control directly to any device. By becoming a part of NXP and it's broad customer base and global footprint and scale, Retune will now extend customer reach and the scalability of its voice technology to address the rapid adoption and expansion of voice enablement into every corner of consumer electronics.
