Mathilde Schwitzer Alnor advises both Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investments, including venture capital investments, as well as general corporate and commercial law. Mathilde has extensive experience in structuring both large and small M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as organizing and overseeing due diligence processes.
In addition, Mathilde advises pharma and life science companies, particularly in the areas of market law and marketing law.
Mathilde teaches as an external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark.
